Staying at Kinnaird Woodland Lodges

Kinnaird Woodland Lodges your haven in Highland Perthshire countryside for your short stay. Exclusive use to private hot tub with spectacular views over the hills.  

We are located 1.5 miles up the hill from the main street in Pitlochry. 

We recommend booking a taxi for evenings wanting to spend in Pitlochry without driving back to the lodge. The road (Kirkmichael road) is not lit by street lights from Moulin to Kinnaird. 

Pitlochry has a supermarket Co-op on West Moulin Road. 

Lots of choice for restaurants, bars, cafes and takeaways in town. In the busier season it is recommended to prebook a table, especially in October during the month where Pitlochry is buzzing for Enchanted Forest. 

Information regarding arrival and directions & hot tub information a few days before arrival. 

Check in is from 4pm unless you have added on an early check in from 2pm. 

Although you may be running early please arrive on the time you haven chosen and arranged. We might be doing extra cleaning jobs, maintance, hot tub works and we want you to arrive when it is completely ready. 

Please read all the information in the booklet left for you, you will find instructions for hot tub, wood burner, heating etc in here. You can refer back to this anytime throughout your stay. 

We do not live on site, but we are on site during the day or at the end of the phone if needed. 

Hot tub operating times are 10am – 11pm, either one of us will be round in the morning before 10am. This is very important for us to do the necessary checks to keep the hot tub in use & safe. We ask you to follow our guidelines because if the hot tub does get contaminated we may have to drain, clean and refill it. The water takes 24 hours to reheat and this will come at an added cost to you. We also ask you to wait after 10am because we do not want to intrude. 

When leaving the property, we don’t expect you to give it a deep clean but we expect it to be left in a tidy condition. All plates and crockery cleaned and put away, bins taken outside, a quick wipe down. 

Check out is by 10am on departure day. If you wish to have a lie in, use the hot tub and sauna you are welcome to add on a late check out by 12pm. 

Both early and late checking times are subject to availability and do need to be paid before arrvial. They are £30 each and can be added on when making the reservations on the extras page.
