How to get to Kinnaird Woodland Lodges log Cabins in Pitlochry

By Car or Bike

If you are travelling from the North or South take the A9 to Pitlochry. In the centre of Pitlochry take the A924, known as West Moulin Road in the centre of town, up hill. You will pass Pitlochry Town Hall. Continue for about a mile, through the hamlet of Moulin, until you see our sign on your left.

From the west take the A924 from Blairgowrie or Kirkmichel. Follow this road over Moulin moor. As you decend into the valley and see Pitlochry below you will make a sharp turn right. Shortly after this you will see our sign to your right.

N.B. If you intend bring your bike on the train make sure you book a free place for it in advance at: www.eastcoast.co.uk

By Train and Coach

Pitlochry has daily train and coach services from all over the UK. Both the station and coach stop are in the centre of town. Taxi's are available by the train station to take you the short but uphill journey past Moulin to Kinnaird.

We had a few days in a one-bed lodge, idea was to 'get away from it all'. Enough privacy to do just that, and the hot tub certainly did it's job to sit back, relax, enjoy the sun and the stunning views around Pitlochry. Andy was very helpful, as was Jane. Everything you are likely to need was there for you, clean and tidy too. Have told a few friends of our experience...all very positive. Many thanks - hope to return. Tripadvisor 3

“Unpretentious cosy luxury in a beautiful Location” We visited in February, and cannot recommend more highly My partner and I are both keen walkers, and this is the perfect place for location and accommodation There are a multitude of walks of varying length and abilities straight from the door. The secluded private hot tub on the patio was perfect after our long walks to ease aching muscles and view the beautiful landscape The cabin was inviting and perfectly appointed from the under-floor heating in the bathroom to the cosy wood burning stove. Our evenings were spent either relaxing by the log burner grazing on food from the fantastic local Deli, or in the friendly pub just a 10 minute walk away Jo from Gloucestershire
