Each lodge has its own private hot tub & wood burner.
We have a two night minimum stay; however during the low season we will open them up a month in advance. During the high season we may offer one night stays last minute (a week out).
We are located 1.5 miles from the Main Street of Pitlochry, you can walk, drive or get a taxi to nearby pubs, restaurant, shops & activities. During the high season we recommend pre-booking taxi’s as town & the theatre is very busy. The same with restaurant bookings, pre-booking in advance is recommended. In Pitlochry the biggest supermarket is a Co-op on West Moulin Road, there is a local butcher & bakery open most days too.
We offer a range of extras, these come at a cost and you may add these on when making the reservation on our website, if you have booked by an OTA (booking.com, airbnb, vrbo) you will not get this opportunity but please get in touch if you would like to add it on and we will do our best if there are available.
Your stay included exclusive use of the hot tub for the duration of your stay. In Beinn A Ghlo & Bealach One towel per person to use during your stay. In Schiehallion & Ben Y Vrackie one towel per person & one robe per person.
We are a family run small business and your stay is personal to us; we want you to have the best time possible. We don’t think you will but if you have any concerns or issues we would rather you let us know so we can fix them straight away then have a meh time here and go keyboard warrior when you get home. We have an electrician and plumber on the team, there is very little we can’t resolve at the time! We pride ourselves on having a high standard for our properties and if you feel that this is not the case, please say something when checking in. We can not do anything once you have left and no refunds will be given.
We are situated in a beautiful part of the country, we are next to fields and have views of the surrounding hills. We are in the hamlet of Kinnaird where there are residents, please be respectful with your noise levels when outside.
No children or infants. We have one dog friendly lodge ( Ben Y Vrackie) All other lodges are not dog friendly.
There is a £100 security deposit that is held during your stay. If there is damage, overly dirty, disrespect shown to the property on departure this maybe charged. During your stay it will look like a pending transaction in the bank and one day after departure it will automatically be release from our end if the property is left to a satisfactory state. We ask you to leave the property how you found it. We also understand that accidents happen and a plate or glass may break, please let us know so we can replace it or source it before the next guests.
The TV’s have fire sticks and are signed into our amazon prime account you are welcome to watch all free movies & series, if you wish to pay for something please use your own account. Any extra charges after departure will include a £5 fee.
Hot tub hours are between 10am-11pm; one of us will check the hot tub each morning and afternoon (you may not hear or see us but we advise you what times we will be there) this is to keep the hot tub clean & safe during your stay, it’s a non negotiable. If the hot tub gets contaminated from not following our guidelines then we may have to emptied the hot tub, clean, and refill. This takes 24 hours to reheat to temperature and will cost an additional charge. Please shower before using the hot tub.
Check in; we do not have a reception area. The day before arrival you will receive detail directions and arrival email, on the day a text message. You will be given the key safe code and you may enter at check in time (standard 4pm). Please read all information and instructions and know we are there if you need more information or have any questions.
BBQ’s – are available to use during the high season May – October. We clean and store them away over winter because of the wet, cold & windy winters.
