At Kinnaird you will find a range of different properties available to you. Whether it is a family get together, a romantic break, an activity holiday or week away with friends, we can offer you the ideal accommodation.
Our lodges, excellently equipped, make an ideal base for your holiday or short break. They sleep from 2 to 6 comfortably and have features like woodburners, spa baths, patio decks with BBQ. all are double glazed and heated making them suitable for all year round use as well as summer holidays. The lodges have been designed to take advantage of modern living - spacious open plan living / dining areas and some have en-suite faciities with spa baths. Our one bedroom properties are particularly popular.
The main house is Kinnaird House and this can be let in conjunction with Kinnaird Garden Cottage if your party is larger than ten.
Kinnaird House is a beautiful Victorian Mansion sleeping up to 10. It has en-suite bedrooms, an open fire and lots of original features - ornate cornices, a stained glass window, high ceilings, bay windows and a sweeping staircase. It is ideal for family get togethers, weddings and corporate events.
Kinniard Garden Cottage is adjoined to the rear of Kinnaird House and offers a fully self contained two bedroom property with separate dining room and kitchen. The house can be let with Kinnaird House or on its own as it has it' own private entrance.
All of the Lodges are graded 4 star by the Scottish Tourist Board (visitScotland).
