This spacious two bedroom cottage enjoys panoramic views over farmland to hills and mountains beyond. The perfect location for a relaxing holiday. 

On two levels the cottage forms the west wing of Kinnaird House and features:

• Living room with 2 large sofas, TV, video and DVD player
• Wide range of books and games to keep you occupied
• Dining room with large family table, additional seating and TV
• Kitchen equipped with a larder fridge, electric cooker, microwave and full range of crockery, glasses, utensils and pans
• Downstairs shower room with shower, toilet and wash hand basin
• Two bedrooms upstairs – one with double bed and one with two singles. Both have  wardrobe, drawers and dressing table
• The property is double glazed and centrally heated and has additional electric panel heaters in the bedrooms.
• We provide linen for all beds, bath mat, hand towel, bath towels, tea towels, toilet roll and cleaning materials for both kitchen and bathroom.
• Elevated patio with outside furniture and BBQ.

• Bed linen and bath towels are provided. 
• All year: Flexible changover day
• Children welcome 
• Dogs welcome 
• Free use of washing machine in outhouse 5m from cottage door
• Strictly No Smoking
• Electricity and Oil payable by meter readings, charged at cost price.
• Cottage can be let with Kinnaird House only if party size does not exceed 12.
