Kinnaird House is available to rent on a weekly or short break self catering basis.
The beauty of hiring Kinnaird House is that we are pretty flexible with
arrival and departure days.
You can arrive or depart any day of the week except Saturday.

Additional Information:
All bed linen and 1 large bath towel per person are included in the rental.
Heat/light charged at £15 per day (excessive usage will be charged extra)
Additional linen and towels charged as follows - £20 per full bed change, £5 per bath towel, £7.50 per spa robe.
Rooms will be provided as follows:
10 person occupancy - 5 x double occupancy rooms will be provided + 5 bath/shower rooms

Short breaks are welcome, minimum 2 nts. Longer stays may be enforced or charged at certain times of the year.
(e.g. Easter/ETAPE/Horse Trials/Christmas + bank holidays, some school holidays or any other festival type events throughout the year).
No pets or children permitted.
No Smoking
£250 deposit requested to secure your booking with the balance being payable 2 months prior to arrival date.
£500 Good Housekeeping Deposit on all bookings.
