Kinnaird House is available to rent on a weekly or short break self catering basis.

The beauty of hiring Kinnaird House is that we are totally flexible with

arrival and departure days - you can rent from any day to any day, year round.

Berdrooms will be made up according to your party size and bedroom requirements as per the tariff below,

a maximum of 11 adults can be accommodated. 

There can be a maximum of 8 individual beds in the house.

PRICE REDUCTIONS FOR SMALLER PARTIES (discount on a maximum of 2 rooms):

weekly - £50 DISCOUNT PER UNUSED DOUBLE ROOM, £25 DISCOUNT PER UNUSED SINGLE ROOM.

short breaks - £25 DISCOUNT PER UNUSED DOUBLE ROOM, £15 DISCOUNT PER UNUSED SINGLE ROOM.

Additional Information:

• All bed linen and towels are included in the rental
• Electricity and central heating oil is charged by meter reading before and after rental.
• Short breaks are welcome, minimum 2 nts throughout most of the year. 
• Minimum stays may be enforced at certain dates.
• Any day arrive, any day depart - subject to existing bookings.
• No dogs or pets allowed
• Not suitable for children under 7
• No Smoking
• £500 Good Housekeeping Deposit on all bookings.
