Kinnaird House is a large holiday house in Pitlochry, Highlands of Scotland. It is set on a south west facing hillside with panoramic open views across Perthshire farmland to hills, forests and mountains. It provides an ideal location for family get togethers, intimate wedding parties, golfing parties and groups looking for activity breaks such as walking, fishing and watersports.

This large self catering holiday home offers a good standard of accommodation within a magical setting. It will sleep 11 in great comfort; good quality double, king and twin rooms with double aspect windows. There are 6 bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and 5 bath/shower rooms in our well proportioned property, a drawing room with spacious bay window, a large dining room with antique oak table with high back comfy leather chairs and a large modern kitchen with range cooker and integrated appliances.
Kinnaird Garden Cottage is self contained and adjoins the main house, forming the west wing. It can be let separately or in addition to Kinnaird House (total party size not to exceed 12 persons). Ideal if you want individual rooms for single members of your party.

- Flexible changeover days - any day to any day.
- Minimum stay/charge of 2 nts most of year but for some dates this may be longer.

- Plentiful safe, private parking
Sorry, unsuitable for the disabled due to nature of land and access steps although there is one bedroom downstairs, with adjacent shower room, which may suit the elderly or less able.

This discount scheme is not available on holiday periods or during local events e.g Easter, Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays.
Please note we may have a minimum stay requirement for some dates throughout the year.
